Neulich habe ich mir im Brockenhaus ein Patience Kartenset gekauft (1 CHF). Erst später, beim Überprüfen auf Vollständigkeit, habe ich entdeckt, dass ein Teil noch original verpackt war. Leider ist das Foto mit Kunstlicht. Es ist erstaunlich, wie gut sich Zellglasverpackungen halten! Ich glaube, ich werde sie nie auspacken…
Ach, früher waren die Verpackungen einfach schöner!
Gestern haben wir die Abschlusskollektionen der Basler Modeklasse gesehen - schön wars! Bessere Bilder und vor allem Konzepte gibt’s hier :)

Before i write about Berlin i need to write about the Diplom Collection of Walfrido who did a work placement at our studio. The show was on march 15th in Basel and we think his collection was the best of the show - but of course we are fans ;)
His inspiration:
“GLIESE 581
The inhabitants of the newly discovered planet Super Earth appeared to me in a dream. Figures without faces, colourful beings. All they wore was a transparent sheath. It was not a piece of clothing. More like packaging. Like the transparent cellophane used to wrap fresh flowers. I have implemented the details of this dream in my collection. It is the balance between fantasy, reality and life. It is my vision.”

I could not get a ticket for this exhibition (and it was ��12.00) but those guys cheered me up.
